" Feed in tariffs (FITs) also known as the Clean Energy Cash Back Scheme, an incentive that pays people for producing their own green power. "
We offer different types of pv solar systems including:
Domestic & commercial pv solar panels
A technology for generating clean electricity usually installed on the roof, stimulated by strong financial incentives from the government. A solar panel system is a combination of multiple panels called a solar array which generate electricity and the inverter transforms it into an alternating current. The system will be installed by MCS accredited solar installers.
Photovoltaic solar panels are commonly known as pv solar panels, use photo cells to convert solar radiation into electricity. The PV cell consists of one or two layers of a semi conducting material, usually silicon. When light shines on the cell it creates an electric field across the layers, causing electricity to flow. The greater the intensity of the light, the greater the flow of electricity.

A domestic solar installation is connected to your meter and the National Grid, so any excess you produce can be sold to your energy company who is obligated to purchase your powerh. This is called the feed in tariffs (FIT's scheme) which is designed to reward the early adopters of solar the most and the later adopter the least.
The rate for home owners is 41.3p per unit, guaranteed for 25 years. That's a great return of approx 8%. According to the Department of Energy and Climate Change, a typical three bedroom home uses 3,300kWh a year. A pv solar system producing peak power of 2.5kW on an south or southwest facing home should generate an annual 2,125kWh, earning the owners £900 per year and saving a further £160 off their electricity outlay.
Once solar panels are installed you can make massive savings on your electricity bills and make money with rates that far surpass what the banks can provide for your investment. Over 25 years you can make great earnings from your solar panels installation. Your energy bills will be drastically reduced, and in addition, the feed in tariff payment is paid to you even if you use all the electricity that you produce.

Free solar panels offers, what the catch?
An easy answer to this, is what is the solar company offering the free solar panels gaining?
The answer in short is your 41.3p per kW feed in tariffs reward. They will be using your roof to take your government grant off you. A good analogy is they are taking your chicken lunch from you and giving you the wish bone to chew on. Yes you will get small savings off your electricity bill, but you will loose the thousands of pounds government incentive.
You will wish you had installed them yourself.
Will pv solar produce all my electric needs?
In most cases it will do a large portion of your needs, but this depends on your energy consumption rate and the size of the pv system system installed. Large systems might be able too.
How much power can pv solar panels produce?
Each case is varies due to geographical location, but a typical pv solar panels installation would generate approximately 750kWh/year per kWp installed. So a typical 2 kWp system would generate around 1500 kWh a year. A hot water solar panel system at peak output is 1.6 kW, similar to an immersion heater, or 1,500 kWh and 2,000kWh annually.
What does on-grid mean?
When a pv system is generating power and you are not using it, then it will automatically feed the power to the National Grid network, were your will be rewarded for your contribution. With the feed in tariffs scheme, you now get paid for the power you use too. It has never been such a good time to install pv solar panels.
Do pv solar panels have to be installed on your roof?
No, not at all. PV panels can easily be installed on aluminium frames within your garden/land or boundaries.
Is there any maintenance needed?
No, they are kept clean by the weather. Simply fit and forget.
