How these supersede other solar panels?

3. For the silver electrodes on the solar panel cell surface, we have succeeded in creating a composition and manufacturing process that excels. This has paved the way to the solar industries first introduction of mass manufactured solder coatingless solar cells which, as the name suggests, don't require a solder coating. This removes lead ingredients, which is harmful, while the light reflection with the solderless surface improving the overall efficiency of each cell.
4. Mitsubishi solar has developed fine grid electrodes for the solar cell manufacturing process, an improvement that has effectively expanded the solar cell light receiving area to impove on the higher efficiency solar panel cells.
5. Adoption of an optimal structure has broadly improved our solar cell efficiency and the use of non reflective coatings shut out solar energy rays that reflect off standard solar cells, thereby improving the effectiveness and solar cell efficiency even further.
Not all Photovoltaic solar panels are the same:

- The use of glass that is cerium free and high in transmittance has defined a new standard in greater efficiency, free of initial long term solar cell deterioration.
- The newly designed high reflectance back solar film improves solar panel efficiency by reducing reflection and increasing output energy from 80% to 90%.
A cheap option is often a false economy with evacuated tubes were longevity and performance are concerned.
Installation tip: If you are uncertain of the roofing aspect of a solar installation, then some electricians employ a local roofing company to apply the panels to the roof for them.
Skills and equipment
To undertake a photovoltaic installation requires competant knowledge of electrical engineering.
The pv solar modules themselves come pre-built at the factory, so hoisting the panel up to the roof using correct safety equipment is relatively straight forward. A scaffolding tower up to roofline level is required for a safe working platform.
The electrical set up is basic, but a Part P electrical qualification is required. For final testing and commisioning, an accredited MCS installer is required. We can supply someone if required.
