From the start, nothing's done to push us or to rush us into any direction. The surveyor who visited us made everything clear and took time to explain all the details. The process from his visit to final installation was laid out before us, and were encouraged to ask any questions about anything, with the benefits of the feed-in tariffs being of interest to us.

Supply problems with the inverters, kept us constantly informed and did everything to make our waiting time more bearable as possible. I was tremendously impressed with the way the grant application form sent to us. This saved us from what could have been a problem to have sorted out.

The installation went without a hitch, and the scaffolding was only around for a week before.

Everyone who came that week was pleasant, courteous and got on with their work without any delay.

We have been up and running now for two weeks. The new meter has enabled us to see just how much of a difference the solar panels make to our electric usage. Our main meter has at times gone backward. In a normal week, we would use around 130 kw h of electricity but since the installation we have shown only 40 kw h. May the sun continue to shine.

So thanks again for all your help. Where, both pleased with our new system.
